Cheltenham, just to the east, is one of the best residential suburbs in Sydney. These two suburbs, post code 2119, are our "home patch". How we started and where we are going
Lydia Merrill, proprietor of Ray White Beecroft, has been in real estate for many years. Initially concentrating on property management, in 2007 she moved into the Module shopping centre opposite Franklins as Ray White Beecroft and started a sales department with Douglas Macarthur as Sales Director.

The business went so well that early in 2009 the office was expanded to include the shop next door, to give an expanding sales team room to consult with customers in comfort.
Ray White Beecroft was the first local agency to install digital window displays, greatly increasing our local exposure and demonstrating our commitment to using all the resources available to market and lease properties.
